[HOW TO] Let skill capes work

Skill capes doesn't work now on the client.
If you do you emote, you see a magic spell (ice barrage)
But you can let skill capes work!

Step 1:
Go to this site: http://www.mediafire.com/?mmxzw3ynlki
And download it

Step 2:
Extract the file

Step 3:
Double click on run.bat and do your skill cape emote!

Pak het bestand uit
